Entry policy

Challenge 25

We love a good night out as much as you do, but when it comes to serving alcohol, we cannot rely on guesswork.

Keep it real

Why we ask

Put simply: if you look under 25, we will ask you to show valid ID before we serve alcohol. Even if you are 30 and take it as a compliment, we still need to check.

The law says no alcohol for anyone under 18. Challenge 25 gives staff a safety buffer so they are not forced to guess ages in a busy nightclub with dim lights and loud music.

No ID, no alcohol. Simple as that.

What it means

We may ask for ID

Challenge 25 helps the venue protect guests, staff, and the licence by checking anyone who appears under 25.

Accepted ID

Bring photo identification

Use a passport, photocard driving licence, or PASS-approved proof-of-age card. Photocopies or phone photos are not enough.

Door policy

No ID can mean no entry

If ID is requested and cannot be provided, entry or alcohol service may be refused by the venue team.
